Girder bridges are constructed using glulam girders with transverse or longitudinal boards. The glulam girders are usually manufactured with a camber to give the bridge a slight arch. Dimensioning and surface treatment are executed in accordance with the current Swedish bridge standard, with a service life of 40 years. The road surface is made of wood, gravel or grating. Suitable for spans up to 15-20 metre.
